Music experiences may include lyric analysis, listening activities for relaxation, drumming, singing and music improvisation and are combined with traditional talk therapy when appropriate to provide compassionate ethical treatment for those in need.

Music therapy is especially useful in the treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Music is an alternate means of communication and can be used as a tool in teaching the individual with autism to speak.

Abigail A. Morgan MT-BC. LPC. is a Board Certified Music Therapist with a Master's Degree in Music Therapy and a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She has years of experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities and uses a combination of Music Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness/DBT modalities to treat children and adults living with complex trauma as a result of emotional, sexual or physical abuse, DID, depression, anxiety, eating disorders as well as adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Abigail has provided Music Therapy group sessions under contract at inpatient drug and alcohol treatment centers and currently offers group music therapy sessions to clients at In-Tune Mental Health LLC.

Paige Goodsloe LPC.

As a counselor, I know addiction, trauma, and mental illness can steal the joy and energy from your life, leaving you feeling numb, confused, and hopeless. Throughout therapy with me, clients are empowered to trust their intuition, feel their emotions non-judgmentally, and take back agency over their lives. I love working with clients in all stages of the addiction recovery process as well as those with depression, anxiety, trauma, and gender and sexuality concerns, and am committed to helping people live with dignity, freedom, and peace.

My style of counseling is conversational and warm, often utilizing humor, perspective-taking, and focus on connecting authentically with our values and loving ourselves with a balance of self-compassion and self-protection. I believe therapy can be equally challenging and fun, and would be honored to walk beside you on your path to growth.
